CaveCamp is a themed weekend for Cubs, which will run over the weekend 16th–18th September 2016 and will follow the following format
The camp will be based on Frank’s field, groups will be advised where they are camping with their final information packs. There will be spaces for Mess Tents and dining shelters.
Entry Confirmation Form: on or before Monday 27th June
Final Numbers: on or before Monday 18th July
Payment: on or before Friday 9th September
Special dietary requirements: on or before Friday 9th September
Please complete the form attached and email to firstname.lastname@example.org before Monday 27th June. We will acknowledge all forms within 24 hours of receipt.
FOOD & CATERING:
Food for all meals including Friday evening will be provided. Breakfast both days will be available from a central location ready cooked, leaders will just need to take it back to their site and serve. Cubs will be cooking food provided for the Saturday Lunchtime Challenge (we will give details of the food being provided in advance) Saturday Evening BBQ will be Cooked by the organisers and on Sunday a “light lunch” will be provided.
The SkyBase “Coffee Shop” will be open for leaders throughout the Day located next to SkyCamp.
The SkyBar itself will be open to Leaders between 8pm & 11pm on Saturday.

20:00 Opening ceremony and leader briefing
Mammoth Hunt in the woods, which ends with the participants eating the results of the hunt as a “Light Supper”
